141.09 MINIMUM COMPENSATION FOR HOURLY EMPLOYEES.

Any full-time hourly employee who reports for work and who, through no fault of his own, does not work, shall receive pay for two full hours of employment. Any laborer who is called out during the night season shall receive a minimum of two hours of pay.
