141.06 VACATION BENEFITS.
   For eligible, full-time, non-union employees:
   Vacation time is figured on a calendar year and not the anniversary of employment. Each employee covered by this agreement shall earn and will be due vacation time according to the following schedule:
   (a)   During the first year of service, no vacation is granted, but the employee shall earn three and one-tenth (3.1) hours for each full biweekly pay period employed.
   (b)   After one (1) full calendar year of continuous service through five (5) years, two (2) weeks (80 hours) (3.1 hours/biweekly pay period).
   (c)   From five (5) years to ten (10) years of continuous service, three (3) weeks (120 hours) (4.6 hours/biweekly pay period).
   (d)   From ten (10) years to fifteen (15) years of continuous service, four (4) weeks (160 hours) (6.2 hours/biweekly pay period).
   (e)   From fifteen (15) years to twenty (20) years of continuous service five (5) weeks (200 hours) (7.7 hours/biweekly pay period).
   (f)   From twenty (20) years of continuous service, six (6) weeks (240 hours) (9.3 hours/biweekly pay period).
