(a) Bagster Bags, mobile refuse disposal containers, temporary garbage containers, or any kind of similar type of temporary refuse storage container shall be located on properties for no more than thirty (30) days in any calendar year.
(b) Bagster Bags, mobile refuse disposal containers, temporary garbage containers, or any kind of similar type of temporary refuse storage container shall not be place within the city right of way and must be located only in the following areas: on a driveway or behind the front set back line of the property.
(c) In the event such container(s) are placed as described herein, the owner of the property on which the container(s) are parked shall obtain a permit from the Rossford Police Department indicating the date and time of the commencement of the placement and the date and time of the termination of the placement. Only four (4) such permits shall be allowed in any calendar year for any one property owner. (Ord. 2018-37. Passed 6-25-17.)
