131.09 LAW DIRECTOR AND PROSECUTOR IN UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE.

The Law Director and those members of his firm who assist him, and the Prosecutor and those persons who assist him, shall be members of the unclassified service as provided in Article IX of the Charter.
