(a) An Indigent Driver's Alcohol Treatment Fund, a special revenue fund, is hereby created, Code No. 131 000 002 000.
(b) This Fund shall be used for the deposit of certain fine moneys and a portion of the license reinstatement fee as set forth in Ohio R.C. 2511.191(M).
(c) These funds shall be expended and accounted for as provided in the Ohio Revised Code.
