(a) The Enforcement and Education Fund, a special revenue fund, is hereby continued, Code No. 213 000 002 000.
(b) This Fund shall be used for the deposit of fine moneys as set forth in Ohio R.C. 4511.99 and similar ordinances and as provided in the Ohio Revised Code.
(c) These funds shall be expended and accounted for as provided in the Ohio Revised Code.
(d) The Rossford Council had previously, by Ordinance No. 2045, established such an Enforcement and Education Fund and the Finance Director is hereby directed to continue, intact, all moneys presently in the Fund.
