(a) The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to establish a new fund named the "Supplemental Law Enforcement Trust Fund".
(b) The Finance Director is hereby directed to accept and place certain cash received into this Fund, account number 215.0002, to be used solely for law enforcement purposes. Such Fund shall be separate and apart from all other special funds.
(c) The Finance Director shall place into the Fund only the cash received by him and directed to be placed into such Fund by Council.
