130.03 ADDITIONAL DUTIES OF FINANCE DIRECTOR.

In addition to the other duties provided herein, the Finance Director shall pay out from the Municipal treasury only on warrants issued by the Municipal Administrator, shall keep a detailed record of all disbursements of Municipal moneys and a record of the expenditures from the various appropriated funds and shall cosign all warrants issued by the City.
