130.02 DUTIES AS FORMER TAX COMMISSIONER.

All of the duties heretofore lodged with the office of Tax Commissioner are hereby transferred to and imposed upon the newly created office of Finance Director and the Finance Director shall be the department head of that department. The office of Tax Commissioner is hereby abolished.
