125.06 RECORDING OF MINUTES.
   (a)    The Clerk shall take the minutes at all regular, special and Committee of the Whole meetings of Council.
   (b)    A secretary, appointed by the standing, and special committees of Council, shall take minutes at the meetings of those committees and shall promptly deliver them to the Clerk of Council.
   (c)    A secretary or some other person designated by the other Municipal Bodies shall take minutes at the meetings of those bodies and shall promptly deliver them to the Clerk of Council.
