(a) The owner, tenant, business, or person in control of property that is deemed a public nuisance, as defined in this Chapter, who fails or refuses to comply with any notice or order to repair, vacate or demolish the public nuisance given by any person authorized by this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day that such public nuisance is permitted to exist after the time specified for the abatement thereof by the owner or occupant in any notice as provided for in this Chapter.
(b) Whoever violates the provisions of Section 1327.10 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
