125.05 CONTENTS OF MINUTES OF MEETINGS.
   (a)    The minutes of the meetings of all Municipal Bodies shall be a record of the transactions at the meetings of those bodies, and of what was said and done at the meetings of those bodies.
   (b)    Minutes of regular and special Council meetings, Committee of the Whole meetings and of other Council committee meetings, shall show individually the vote upon any ordinance, resolution or motion of all persons voting.
   (c)    Minutes of executive sessions of Municipal Bodies need only reflect the general subject matter of discussions.
