725.04 COMPUTERIZED SWEEPSTAKES DEVICE LICENSE REQUIRED.

One Computerized Sweepstakes Device license shall be required for each individual Computerized Sweepstakes Device located within a licensed Computerized Sweepstakes Terminal Café and shall specify the name and address of the licensee and the manufacturer, model number and serial number of the Computerized Sweepstakes Device for which it was issued.
