115.06 REQUESTS BY NEWS MEDIA FOR ADVANCE NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   (a)    Any news organization desiring advance notice of the special meetings of any Municipal body shall file with the Clerk a written request therefor specifying:
      (1)    The name of the news organization.
      (2)    The Municipal body or bodies that the request pertains to.
      (3)    The name and address of a person or persons to whom written notice may be mailed, telegraphed or delivered.
      (4)    The name, address and telephone number of at least two persons to whom oral or written notice may be delivered either during or outside of business hours.
   (b)    Any such request shall be effective for twelve months from the date of filing with the Clerk or until the Clerk receives written notice from the news organization cancelling or modifying such request, whichever occurs first. The Clerk shall so inform the news organization at the time it files its request. A news organization may modify or extend its request only by filing a complete new request with the Clerk.
   (c)    A request shall not be deemed to have been made unless it is complete in all respects.
   (d)    Requests hereunder may be conclusively relied on by the Clerk, the Municipal body involved and the City.
