Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or lawful order or regulation made in pursuance of the authority granted under this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which an offense occurs or continues after the date fixed for compliance.
