Building and property owners are required;
(a) To purchase and install an approved rapid entry key lock box device by contracting the Fire Department to obtain the necessary authorization forms.
(b) To provide the proper keys to the Fire Department of the required access.
(c) To notify the Fire Department when the locks or keys have been changed.
(d) To keep the immediate area of the rapid entry key lock box free and clear of any and all obstructions. (Ord. 2008-30. Passed 7-14-08.)
