1153.02 RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   Required rights-of-way for streets, alleys, and easements shall have the following minimum width:
   (a)    Primary streets: One hundred (100) feet.
   (b)    Secondary streets: Eighty (80) feet.
   (c)    Minor streets: Sixty (60) feet.
   (d)    Alleys: Twenty (20) feet.
   (e)    Easements, on each side of property line: Five (5) feet.
