1319.06 NONTRANSFERABILITY; SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION.

No license and certificate issued in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall be assignable or transferable. Any license may, after hearing, be suspended or revoked by Council on recommendation of the Municipal Administrator.
