Applications for licenses shall be made in writing to the Municipal Administrator stating the class of license applied for, the name, address and place of business of the applicant and the name of the representative of the applicant who will act as the supervisor of the work to be done under the license, in the case of Class I and Class II licenses. All license applications shall be certified by the Municipal Administrator.
