1302.05 REPEAL OF INCONSISTENT PROVISIONS.

All sections of the Municipal Code and all other ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed as of the effective date of this section. All sections of the Municipal Code and all other ordinances not inconsistent herewith, are hereby retained.
