1302.02 CONTRACT WITH COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.

The Mayor and the City Administrator of the City are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with the County Commissioners of Wood County, Ohio to implement the provisions of this chapter and of the Ohio Building Code within the City limits insofar as the same is adopted herein.
