1301.05 OBTAINING FINAL INSPECTION CERTIFICATE PRIOR TO BUILDING OCCUPANCY.

General contractors shall not allow occupancy of buildings hereafter constructed before a certificate of final inspection is issued. Any general contractor allowing occupancy before a certificate of final inspection is issued shall be subject to the penalty of Section 1301.99.
