927.07 DUE REGARD FOR OPERATION OF WATERCRAFT.

No person shall operate any watercraft on the Maumee River within the corporate limits of the City extended into the river without due regard to other boats, or persons, or other objects in or on such waters or in such manner as to cause damage to other boats, persons, objects or the shoreline of the City.
