927.03 PERMIT.

(a) Any person, firm or corporation, prior to performing any of the activities as specified in Section 927.01 , shall first request permission to do so from Council and at that time submit plans, specifications or drawings sufficient to show compliance with Section 927.01 . Compliance being shown, permission of Council shall be granted and a permit issued in accordance herewith by the Municipal Administrator.

(b) Any person, firm or corporation, prior to performing any of the activities as specified in Section 927.01 , shall in addition to all other requirements of this chapter, obtain any and all other permits necessary and required by the State or any department or agency thereof.
