The area so altered shall be filled with solid demolition materials only and shall be covered and rough graded with a suitable fill dirt sufficient to support vegetation to prevent erosions of the area so filled. As used in this chapter, "solid demolition materials" means such unwanted residual solid material as results from industrial, commercial and residential demolition operations such as bricks, stone, concrete, cement blocks, glass particles, slag, asphalt and other substances which are not inimical to the public health. Wood and wood products mixed with other solid demolition materials and not exceeding twenty-five percent in total volume shall be permitted to be disposed of with other demolition materials at the site and shall be classified as demolition materials for the purpose of this chapter. All demolition material shall be placed, compacted and suitably covered with clean dirt in separate cells not to exceed forty by forty feet in area in accordance with applicable Wood County Health Department rules, standards and regulations. Under no circumstances shall residential, commercial or industrial wastes or by-products resulting from manufacturing or commercial operations be permitted to be disposed of at such sites.
