(a) The fees for launching and docking boats, and other fees applicable to use of the Rossford Marina, shall be as established from time to time by ordinance enacted by Council. (Ord. 1387. Passed 4-14-80.)
(b) Senior citizens sixty-five (65) years of age and over who own and prove ownership of a boat are eligible to a season launch decal for that boat free of charge. Senior citizens age sixty-five (65) and over will receive ten percent (10%) off seasonal dock fees.
(c) Council hereby authorizes and directs that active-duty members of the United States Military and honorably discharged veterans shall be entitled to and receive a ten percent (10%) discount on dockage fees. Active-duty members of the United States Military and honorable discharged veterans shall be entitled to launch their boat for free from the Launch ramp at Rossford Marina.
(d) Residents of the City of Rossford who rent a dock at Rossford Marina will be entitled to a fifteen percent (15%) discount on seasonal dock rates. Rossford residents sixty-five (65) and over will be entitled to a twenty percent (20%) discount on seasonal dock rates.
