920.03 SEWER POLICY FOR ANNEXED AREAS.
   (a)    The City shall provide such temporary or permanent sewer service as may be required to service any areas that are annexed to the City.
   (b)    Should the areas to be annexed be a part of Wood County Main Sewer District No. 5, they shall remain in the district and any arrangements for the services to be provided shall be made through the Wood County Sanitary Engineer.
