917.01 SEWAGE OR WASTES NOT COVERED BY REGULATIONS; CITY TO REGULATE.

The City shall make and enforce rules and regulations establishing the types and characteristics of sanitary sewage and industrial wastes and other matter, not specifically covered in this chapter, which shall not be discharged into the City sewerage system and the types and characteristics of sanitary sewage and industrial wastes admissible to the City sewage system only after pretreatment.
