If any Sewer Contractor shall neglect or refuse to comply with the rules and regulations herein set forth, within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving written notice from the Administrator, the City of Rossford will proceed with the work and the cost involved will be charged to the Sewer Contractor or his Surety. In cases where it is necessary for the City to proceed with the work, no further permits will be granted to the Sewer Contractor until he has satisfactorily complied with the orders of the Administrator and/or the City or completely reimbursed the City for any cost involved. The Sewer Contractor shall be required for a period of one (1) year after the completion of the work, to make all necessary repairs.
