All applications for building sewer permits shall be made on a special form furnished by the City and signed by certified owners or agents. When property is owned by a company or corporation, the application shall be signed by an officer of said company or corporation. When the property is a joint ownership both parties shall sign the application. The application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the City Inspector. A permit and inspection fee of $25.00 shall be paid to the City of Rossford at the time the application is filed. Applications for building sewer permits requested by those not using water metered by the City of Toledo must be approved by the City of Toledo and such approval shall be given only upon the agreement of the applicant to such provisions as proper compliance for metering or measuring service.
