914.01 UNAUTHORIZED CONNECTIONS PROHIBITED WITHOUT PERMIT.

No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connections with or opening into, use, alter or disturb any public sewer or appurtenance thereof without first obtaining a written permit from the City Inspector (See Appendix No. 7, Application for Building Sewer Installation and No. 8, Building Sewer Installation Information).
