Any property owner desiring to appeal an order to construct, repair or replace, or the cost thereof, under Section 905.10, 905.11, 905.12, 905.27 or 905.28 shall promptly after receiving notice of such order, but not later than thirty days thereafter file such appeal with the Board of Building Standards and Appeals as established under Section 1301.02 (Section 109) of the Codified Ordinances.
