901.03 PERFORMANCE UNDER DIRECTION OF PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR.

The opening and the restoration of a pavement or other surface shall be performed under the direction of the Public Works Director and in accordance with regulations approved by the Municipal Administrator.
