(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both, for each such offense or violation.
(b) Any person or firm operating or permitting to be operated for hire an unlicensed vehicle shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days.
(c) Whoever violates Section 721.35 shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or imprisoned not more than ten days, or both.
