721.54 SPECIAL TRIPS; APPROVAL; INDIVIDUAL RATES.

The Director may approve special trip rates and special trips where one or more passengers may be picked up at different points and delivered at different points on the trip. On such approved special trips each passenger may be charged an individual fare.
