721.48 TAXIMETER RATES.
   Taximeter rates shall be computed by a taximeter, except as otherwise provided, and shall not be greater than the following schedule:
 
Maximum Rate
First 2 miles or fraction thereof
35¢
Each additional ½ mile or fraction thereof
10¢
Each 3 minutes of waiting time
10¢
