The Director shall revoke the license for any of the following reasons:
(a) Obtaining a license under false representation.
(b) Licensee having become physically or mentally unfit.
(c) Conviction of a felony or moral turpitude.
(d) Indirectly or directly charging more than the maximum rate of fare.
(e) Unlawful or immoral use of the vehicle.
