721.24 DRIVER'S LICENSE FEE; ANNUAL RENEWAL.

If the Director is satisfied that an applicant is a suitable and proper person to drive a public vehicle, he shall issue a license to the applicant upon payment of a fee of one dollar ($1.00) to the Municipal treasury for an original license and one dollar ($1.00) per annum for each renewal.
