721.14 SIXTY-DAY OPERATION REQUIRED.

Whenever any taxicab or motor vehicle licensee under this chapter fails to make a reasonable and consistent effort to operate as such for a period of sixty days, except on account of emergency over which the licensee has no control, the Director shall revoke the license for such vehicles.
