721.10 LICENSE TRANSFER BETWEEN VEHICLES.

In the event the owner of a public vehicle ceases to own the same or such vehicle becomes unsuitable for operation, the Director, upon investigation and proof, may transfer the license to any other vehicle belonging to the owner, provided such vehicle meets the requirements of this chapter and the approval of the Director.
