721.09 EXTERIOR IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED.

All licensed taxicabs shall have printed or affixed to the sides and rear of the vehicle the word "taxicab" and the motor vehicle for hire license number, in a manner suitable to the Director. Such lettering and numbers shall be not less than four inches in height.
