721.07 ANNUAL LICENSE FEE.

The license fee shall be five dollars ($5.00) per vehicle payable to the Municipal treasury, such sum payable per annum for each year for which the license is issued. Any fee required by this section shall be in addition to the fee required under the laws of the State on all motor vehicles.
