In addition to any other remedy or penalty provided by law, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than fifteen dollars ($15.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each violation. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense hereunder.
