709.02 HOURS; SPECIAL PERMIT.

No person, society, club, firm or corporation shall operate a public dance between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. However, the Municipal Administrator may grant special permits for a dance hall to remain open until a later hour on special occasions.
