701.99 PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates Section 701.04 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
   (b)    Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not provided, shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00). Each day that any person engages in any occupation requiring a license, without having obtained such license, constitutes a separate offense.
