2-5-1: ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMISSION:
An Environment and Sustainability Commission is hereby established for the City.
The commission shall consist of up to seven (7) members and one (1) youth member appointed by the City Council. Terms of the members shall be determined in the commission bylaws. (Ord. 2020-02, 2-4-2020)
