3-1-3-2: APPORTIONMENT OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES:

A. Intoxicating liquor licenses will be issued within the total liquor license limits established in Minnesota statutes, section 340A.413, as amended.

B. There shall be no limit on the number of off-sale intoxicating liquor licenses. (Ord. 2015-06, 7-7-2015, amd. Ord. 2020-04, 11-4-2020; Ord. 2021-05, 10-5-2021)
