11-2-3: SEWER AND WATER; SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS:
Single-family dwellings which are not connected to the municipal sewer system shall be permitted only when the requirements for private on site sewer systems have been satisfied. (Ord. B, 9-19-1989)
