10-2-18: COMPENSATORY ACTION:

In lieu of enforcement proceedings, penalties, and remedies authorized by this chapter, the city and violator may agree on alternative compensatory actions, such as storm drain stenciling, attendance at compliance workshops, creek cleanup, etc. (Ord.
