10-2-3: APPLICABILITY:
This chapter shall apply to all water entering the storm drain system generated on any developed or undeveloped lands unless explicitly exempted by the city. (Ord. XVI.61, 5-19-2009, eff. 5-19-2009; amd. Ord. 2023-05, 10-3-2023)
